Research on Evaluation Index System for Overall National Security Education in General Higher Education Institutions
Given the current situation where the evaluation of the overall national security education is non-standard,it is of significant importance to establish a scientific assessment index system to enhance the quality of overall national security education for college students.Guided by transformative learning theory,this paper employs the Kirkpatrick evaluation model and conducts literature review and text analysis to preliminarily construct a three-tier evaluation index system for the effectiveness of university-level overall national security education.We then refine the index by Delphi method,determine weights by expert surveys and analytic hierarchy process,and form a final effective assessment index system and evaluation scale.Through weight analysis,we find that the impact of education effectiveness is most significant in terms of students'practical application and learning outcomes,alignment of curriculum with national security strategy needs,and the primary role of classroom teaching channels.
