Research on the Collaborative Education Mechanism of Electronic Countermeasures Talents Cultivation Based on the"Three Helices"Model
The demand for electronic countermeasures talents in various countries around the world is growing steadily. However, there are several problems in the traditional talent cultivation models such as the lack of smooth joint mechanisms, inefficient resource sharing, and superficial combination of war technology, which make it difficult to meet the future needs of the quantity and quality of talent supply.Based on the"Triple Helices"Model of Georgia Institute of Technology,we propose a collaborative education mechanism consisting of"Military Commission organs, colleges and universities, and troops",emphasizing the"interaction and reflection"concept of highlighting the core and expanding the scope.Through disciplinary construction, classroom teaching, and competition practice, the main position of colleges and universities in the talent cultivation process is highlighted. From the aspects of talent cultivation plans, faculty construction, teaching resource sharing, and joint disciplinary construction, coordinate efforts are made to improve the quality and efficiency of the comprehensive and systematic construction of electronic countermeasures talent cultivation system by coupling the local"small helix"with the overall"large helix".
