The Current Situation and Reflection of Classification Evaluation of Universities—Based on the Analysis of the Educational Evaluation Model in Military Academies
Research and practice of university classification evaluation reflect the governance logic of China's higher education system.The key to achieving diversified governance in higher education lies in the transformation of university entities from"normative obedience"to"active participation".By interpreting and analyzing the educational evaluation models in military academies,we can enrich and improve the research and understanding of the classification evaluation of universities.Meanwhile,it is proposed that the classification evaluation of universities should be regarded as an ideology,guiding universities to take the initiative,deepen classification connotations,and reasonably position themselves,integrating external evaluation standards into their own development strategies,and seeking orderly competition with other universities.The government should focus on providing corresponding policy guarantees and external force adjustments to promote the distinctive development of universities.
