Study on the Evaluation Indicators and Quality Assurance of Basic Mathematics and Physics Courses of the"Double First-Class"University
Ensuring the quality of basic mathematics and physics courses is an important guarantee to achieve the goal of"double first-class"construction and cultivating top-notch innovative talents. The current teaching quality assurance system includes a multi-dimensional evaluation system involving evaluation by peers, experts and students, and self-assessments by teachers.Student evaluation of teaching plays a vital role in courses quality assurance.By using regression analyses, this study analyzes the evaluation data of a"double first-class"University to test the validity of the evaluation index system in reflecting the quality of basic courses, and proposes to improve the system by screening indicators and giving relative weights for different courses.Based on results and conclusions, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the quality of basic mathematics and physics courses.
