Application of the Teaching Method of Being War-Oriented in Knowledge,Teaching and Practice in Meteorological and Marine Support Courses
The application of new combat forces and new weapons and equipment cannot be separated from meteorological and maritime support,the training of meteorological and marine support personnel for joint operations must actively adapt to the needs of the military,focusing on the development of students'post performance and innovation abilities.It also needs the joint efforts of teachers and students,colleges and troops to be war-oriented in teaching and learning.This paper proposes an innovative teaching method that is war-oriented in knowledge,teaching and practising.On the one hand,by strengthening the mutual communication between college and troops,teachers can enhance their understanding of processes and difficulties in meteorological and marine support,and thus improve and innovate teaching methods.On the other hand,by conducting comprehensive exercises on a regular basis,students can practice on the training ground and solve problems such as who to learn for,how to learn,and how to use what they have learned through practical application.Only when teachers and students walk in the same direction,teaching war in the classroom and practicing war in the training field,can we cultivate joint combat meteorological and marine support talents that meet the practical needs of the troops.
