摘要
复盘广泛应用于教育、军事、体育、商业等领域,军队院校教育兼具教育和军事活动的特点,同样可以采用复盘的方法提升教学效果.研究首先分析了在专业实践课程中采用复盘式教学法的好处,同时明确了其应当遵循的原则,然后提出了复盘式教学法在军队专业实践类课程教学中的具体实施步骤,最后强调了采用复盘式教学法应该注意的事项,以期为军队院校有效采用复盘式教学法提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Review is widely used in fields such as education,military,sports,and commerce.Higher education in military academies combines the characteristics of education and military activities,and the method of review can also be used to improve teaching effect.The study first analyzes the benefits of using the retrospective teaching method in professional practice courses,and clarified the principles that should be followed.Then,the specific implementation steps of the retrospective teaching method in military professional practice courses were proposed.Finally,the precautions that should be taken when using the retrospective teaching method were emphasized,in order to provide reference and guidance for the effective adoption of the retrospective teaching method in military academies.
