A Preliminary Study on Data Governance System for Military Professional Education
The vast amount of data accumulated in military professional education is still in a state of disorder and low quality.The data governance system for military professional education needs to be established urgently to fully support data sharing and application,education evaluation,education development decision-making and so on.This paper focuses on the research on the top-level design of data governance for military professional education,proposes a framework of the technology and data-led,multi-party collaborative data governance system,constructs a new model of education operation based on data.The system can standardize governance objectives,tasks,system rules,measures and methods,quality of service.It is conducive to clarify management responsibilities,improve the collaboration efficiency and solve a series of problems such as poor mechanism,time-consuming coordination and supply-demand imbalance.It will provide important theoretical support for the standardized management,transformation reform and high-quality development for military professional education.
