军事英语课程评价指标体系构建——基于CIPP评价模式的研究

摘要
军事英语课程教学是培养军校学员军事外语能力的重要途径.构建具有我军特色的军事英语课程评价指标体系,可以有效赋能军事英语课程建设和军事人员外语能力发展.研究以新时代军事教育方针为准则,借鉴外军建设军事外语能力评价体系的基本思路,以CIPP评价模式的理论框架为指导,综合运用多种指标分析方法,从课程背景、课程设置、课程实施、课程效果四个方面构建军事英语课程评价指标体系,以期为军事英语课程改革提供参考.
Abstract
Military English course is an important way to cultivate cadets'military foreign language ability.The construction of the evaluation index system for military English course with Chinese characteristics can effectively empower the construction of the course itself and the foreign language ability development of military personnel.This study is based on the military education policy of the new era,drawing on the policy measures of the military foreign language proficiency evaluation system of foreign armed forces,guided by the theoretical framework of the CIPP evaluation model,and comprehensively applying various index analysis methods to construct a military English course evaluation index system,from the four aspects of course background,course design,course implementation,and course effect,thus providing reference for the reform of military English course.
