Research on Characteristic Analysis and Optimization Strategy of Teaching Reform of Experimental and Practical Courses in Chinese Universities Against the Background of Digital Transformation
Systematically promoting the teaching reform of experimental and practical courses in universi-ties is an important method to effectively improve the professional practice competencies of talents.Guided by the theory of "seven elements of teaching" and the core elements of digital transformation of higher education teaching,this study constructed a framework for analyzing the elements of teaching reform of experimental and practical courses in universities against the background of digital transformation,in order to analyze the charac-teristics of teaching reform practices of 20 universities in the east,middle and west of China,and also to pro-pose corresponding optimization strategies.The results found that the teaching reform of experimental and prac-tical courses in universities has the characteristics of technology-environment orientation and teaching-method guidance;meanwhile,the regional development of the teaching reform is unbalanced:there are differences in reform direction,strategy and content among the universities in the east,middle and west of China.Therefore,this study proposed the following strategies to help universities realize the teaching reform of experimental and practical courses against the background of digital transformation:comprehensively and evenly promotes the systematic teaching reform by top-level guidance and organizational guarantee;continuously enhances the im-plementation capacity of teaching reform by standard construction and literacy cultivation;co-creates and shares the digital base for experimental and practical teaching by service support and technology integration;collaborative constructs the digital education ecosystem by theory promotion and culture creation.
