Exploring and Evaluating the DIE Model for Undergraduate Talent Development in "Double First-class"Universities Under the Background of"Three Initiatives and Five Education"
In response to the development demands of talent cultivation in "Double First-class" universi-ties in the context of the new era,guided by the"Three Innovations,Five Educations" concept,this study ana-lyzes the connotations of the DIE model introduced based on the theory of industry-university-research collab-oration.We systematically elaborates and implements the teaching system under the DIE concept,with the aim of breaking down the barriers between academic departments,research institutes,and enterprises,and providing more diversified channels for student learning and practice.Survey results indicate that the DIE model has a substantial impact on undergraduate students in terms of teamwork,academic creativity,and self-confidence,offering valuable insights for the cultivation of well-rounded undergraduate talents.
