课程作为人才培养的主要手段和媒介,在高等教育发展中占有基础性地位.要推进高等教育高质量发展,必须要落实到课程的层面.然而当前高校课程考核却存在一定的"放水"现象,主要表现为考核标准亟待提高、考核内容提前泄露、考核结果失真三个方面.究其原因,主要为传统文化与思维的消极影响、高校和教师主体责任与原则的缺位、高就业率追求的负面效应以及安全和稳定要求下的让步.为从根本上治理高校课程考核的"放水"现象,需提升质量意识并凝聚高等教育高质量发展的共识,培育坚持学术逻辑与容忍学术失败的学术文化,强化高校与教师保障课程教学质量的主体责任,优化影响课程考核客观性的外在评价方式.
Curriculum,as the main means and medium for talent cultivation,holds a fundamental position in the development of higher education.To promote the high-quality development of higher education,it is nec-essary to implement it at the level of curriculum.However,there is a certain "releasing water" phenomenon in the current courses assessment of colleges and universities,which is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:the assessment standard needs to be improved,the early disclosure of assessment content,and the re-sults of the assessment are distorted.The main reasons are the negative impact of traditional culture and think-ing,the absence of the main responsibilities and principles of universities and teachers in colleges and universi-ties,the negative effects of the pursuit of high employment rate,and the concession under safety and stability requirements.In order to fundamentally control the"releasing water"phenomenon of courses assessment in col-leges and universities,it is necessary to improve quality awareness and condense the consensus of high-quality development of higher education,cultivate the academic culture of adhering to academic logic and tolerating ac-ademic failure,strengthen the main responsibility of universities and teachers to ensure the curriculum teaching quality in colleges and universities,and optimize the external evaluation method affecting the objectivity of courses assessment.
