2001-2020年我国科技发展、产业结构和市场需求日新月异,博士生教育亟须构建更加合理的学科结构来推动经济发展和社会进步.通过分析 2001-2020 年我国博士生教育学科结构变化的表征,发现我国博士生教育学科结构的调整未能精准匹配劳动力市场的变化,略微滞后于科技发展的速度,且与产业结构的变化未能同频共振.因此,我国需要建立完备的市场监督反馈机制,依据市场需求动态调整并进一步优化学科结构,大力发展新兴学科与交叉学科,赋予高校更大的学科调整自主权.
From 2001 to 2020,China's technological development,industrial structure,and market demand have been constantly changing,and doctoral education urgently needs to build a more reasonable disciplinary structure to promote economic development and social progress.By analyzing the characteristics of the changes in the discipline structure of doctoral education in China from 2001 to 2020,it was found that the adjustment of the discipline structure of doctoral education in China failed to accurately match the changes in the labor mar-ket,slightly lagging behind the speed of technological development,and did not resonate with the changes in industrial structure.Therefore,China needs to establish a complete market supervision and feedback mecha-nism,dynamically adjust the discipline structure according to market demand,further optimize the discipline structure,vigorously develop emerging disciplines and interdisciplinary disciplines,and give colleges and uni-versities greater autonomy in discipline adjustment.
