Research on the Organizational Mechanism and Basic Model of Collaborative Training of Doctoral Students in the UK—Taking Oxford University and Cambridge University as Examples
Collaborative education is an important way for countries to cultivate top-notch innovative tal-ents in recent years,and it is also a new trend in the development of doctoral education in the UK.Taking the collaborative training of doctoral students in arts and humanities at the Oxford University and Cambridge Uni-versity as examples,this paper finds that the collaborative training of doctoral students aims to meet the needs of social development in the era of knowledge economy for the comprehensive professional quality of high-level talents,solve complex problems in social development,overcome comprehensive scientific research projects,and enhance the professional quality and social adaptability of doctoral students.The special multi-subject col-laborative education platform,the multi-subject collaborative training operation mechanism based on the will-ingness to work together,and the internal and external management system jointly constitute the organizational mechanism of collaborative training of doctoral students.The specific training mode is:the outstanding talent with comprehensive professional literacy as the training goal,enrollment based on the scientific research pro-jects and focusing on comprehensive literacy assessment,interdisciplinary curriculum system and diversified in-ternships and"on-campus+off-campus"linkage of the faculty team.Learning from the experience of doctoral education in the UK,China's doctoral training in the new era needs to serve the major strategic needs of the country,improve the special organizational mechanism for collaborative training of doctoral students,and inno-vate the collaborative education model of"production,education and research"and"on-campus+off-campus"to help the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in China.
