摘要
瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院和苏黎世大学制定清晰的发展战略,成功地引领两校的发展.为进入世界一流大学行列,两校追求学术卓越,提升育人质量;创新治理模式,提升治理能力;加强科学研究创新,服务国家创新发展;拓展多元化筹资渠道,透明化分配资金;扩大国际合作网络,促进师生的国际化.其启示有:优化制度环境,完善战略规划;转变政府角色,促进大学自治;构建协同创新网络,加强科研与教学融合;扩大开放办学,提升合作层次.
Abstract
The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and the University of Zurich have developed clear development strategies,successfully leading the development of both schools.To enter the ranks of world-class universities,both universities pursue academic excellence and improve the quality of education;Innovate governance models and enhance governance capabilities;Strengthening scientific research and innovation to serve the country's innovative development;Expand diversified financing channels and allocate funds transpar-ently;Expand international cooperation networks and Promote the internationalization of teachers and students.Its inspirations includes:optimizing the institutional environment and improving strategic planning;Transforming the role of the government and promoting university autonomy;Building a collaborative innovation network and strengthening the integration of scientific research and teaching;Expand open education and en-hance cooperation levels.
