针对高校课堂教学存在的"三难"与"三低"难题,文章探索实践了一种"教学研训一体、线上线下融合"的本研贯通式培养模式.创新性采用"互联网+教育"技术构建教学研训一体化平台,深度融合高校课堂教学三个关键教学环节,并结合一流学科和一流专业建设需求,通过"理论、实验、创新实践有机集成,线下、线上交叉融合"方式,满足学生从本科入学到研究生毕业培养的全部需求,提高了教学资源利用率,取得了人才创新能力培养倍增的效果.

To address those difficulties and the low-efficiency issues existing with current university class-room teaching, this paper presents a "teaching, research and training chiastopic fusion, online and offline inte-gration" based training mode for education from undergraduate to postgraduate. Based on the "Internet + edu-cation" technology, an integrated teaching platform is devised for teaching, research, and training, wherein all the teaching elements of college classrooms are highly integrated, and all first-class disciplines and first-class major construction requirements are merged. Such a training mode meets all requirements for penetrative talent training from undergraduate to postgraduate students, with a property of "theory, experiment and innovative practice chiastopic fusion, online and offline cross-integration". The teaching mode helps improve the utiliza-tion of teaching resources while realizing the multiplication effect for talents'innovative ability training with its practical application in different universities.
