摘要
应用型课程开发是当前我国应用型高校面临的重要课题.文章借助目标管理理论,构建了目标制定、目标分解、明确标准、过程管理、结果运用的五维分析框架,对齐齐哈尔工程学院创建的课程开发模式进行了分析.研究发现,该应用型课程开发模式主要由明确总体目标、分解总体目标、明晰考核标准、规范开发过程、合理运用结果五部分组成.具体提炼为应用型高校课程开发的"五合"一般模式,即目标制定应与多方需求适合、课程分解目标应与整体目标整合、评价标准选取应与考核评价契合、开发过程应与原则切合、课程开发结果应与实践运用吻合.
Abstract
Application-oriented curriculum development is an important issue faced by application-orien-ted universities in our country.Based on the theory of management by objectives,this paper constructs a five-dimensional analysis framework of goal setting,goal decomposition,clear standard,process management and re-sult application,and analyzes the curriculum development model created by Qiqihar Engineering College.It is found that the applied curriculum development model mainly consists of five parts:clear overall goal,decompo-sition of overall goal,clear assessment standards,standardized development process,and reasonable use of re-sults.We can and extract the"five-in-one"general mode of curriculum development in application-oriented colleges and universities,that is,the goal formulation should be suitable for multiple needs,the goal of curricu-lum decomposition should be integrated with the overall goal,the selection of evaluation criteria should be con-sistent with the assessment,the development process should be consistent with the principle,and the result of curriculum development should be consistent with the practice.
