Quality Evaluation of College Students Based on Career Sustainable Development:Theory,Model and Index System
Guiding the cultivation of high-quality college students based on the reform of evaluation mode has become a special concern of the state.The existing college student price system cannot meet the growing needs of promoting students'lifelong career development,and a quality evaluation system with career develop-ment as the core must be established.This paper reviews the relevant research on the vocational sustainable de-velopment ability and evaluation system of quality at home and abroad,draws on and analyzes the triangular model theory of vocational quality,adds two dimensions of motivation and adaptation factors,reconstructs the five-dimensional model of career development quality,and selects 11 key qualities as the secondary indicators through literature analysis,and finally forms a quality evaluation index system oriented to cultivating college students'vocational sustainable development ability.
