国际一流大学学科交叉课程设置的探究与启示——以统计学与神经科学的学科交叉为例
Explorations and Implications of Cross-disciplinary Curriculum Development in Top Universities Abroad—A Case Study on Interdisciplinary Courses of Statistics and Neuroscience

摘要
在国家重大战略需求的驱动下,多学科交叉创新正成为科技突破和产业升级的重要推进力量,而学科的交叉融合正是高校自主培养基础研究人才的显著优势.本文选取了U.S.News 2022-2023排名前十的国外高校,通过梳理统计学与神经科学的学科交叉课程,具体包括培养目标、授课内容、课程组织形式、学时、师资和教学方法等信息,总结归纳其课程设置特点,以期为我国高校构建多学科交叉培养复合型人才的路径提供参考.
Abstract
Motivated by the national major strategic needs,cross-disciplinary innovation is becoming an important driving force for scientific and technological breakthroughs and industrial upgrading.The interdisci-plinary cultivation of research talents is precisely an advantage of colleges and universities.This work selects the top 10 universities ranked by U.S.News 2022-2023,and summarizes the characteristics of cross-discipli-nary curriculum development,using the interdisciplinary courses of statistics and neuroscience as an example,by combing the information of training objectives,lecture setups,course organization,credit hours,faculty com-position and teaching methods,in order to provide a reference for the construction of cross-disciplinary cultiva-tion of composite talents in Chinese universities.
