Research on the Problems of Teaching Practice Ability in Full-time Master of Education—A Survey and Analysis Based on 190 Education Master's Training Colleges in China
Through a survey based on 190 education master's training colleges in China,it was found that there are problems with the teaching practice ability of full-time master of education in terms of teaching basic skills,teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation and innovation abili-ty.Solutions have been proposed from four levels to address the above issues:education departments are sup-posed to establish an educational practice support system and implement the dual tutor system;training institu-tions should improve the responsibilities of practice mentors,update training concepts,strengthen the construc-tion of teaching staff,optimize curriculum structure,and use differentiated strategies to develop practical skills;teachers need to fulfill their dual mentor responsibilities,update teaching content and methods;master of Edu-cation should establish new development concepts and master curriculum standards.
