我国高校跨学科人才培养的学科组织困境及其消解对策

The Disciplinary Organizational Dilemmas and Their Solutions of Interdisciplinary Education in Chinese Universities

面对学科组织的作用二重性,高校在推动跨学科人才培养时既需要发挥其积极作用,又需要克服其带来的困境.从模式、资源与文化三个维度看,跨学科人才培养的学科组织困境主要表现为学科组织与专业教育相互强化、教育教学资源按照学科组织分割与配置、学科文化阻滞跨学科育人环境生成等方面.要消解跨学科人才培养的学科组织困境,实现跨学科人才培养与现有学科组织的融合,高校需树立跨学科人才培养理念,加强统筹与协调机制建设,优化学科组织的内部结构.
In the face of the dual role of the disciplinary organizations,universities need to give full play to their positive role and overcome the difficulties they bring in promoting interdisciplinary education.From the perspectives of model,resources,and culture,the organizational dilemmas in interdisciplinary education prima-rily manifest in three ways.These include the mutual reinforcement of disciplinary organizations and specialized education,the allocation of educational resources based on disciplinary divisions,and the hindrance of interdis-ciplinary educational environments by the culture of disciplinary organizations.To resolve these organizational dilemmas and facilitate the integration of interdisciplinary education with existing disciplinary organizations,u-niversities need to establish the concept of interdisciplinary education,strengthen the construction of overall planning and coordination mechanisms,and optimize the internal structure of discipline organizations.
