Research on the Function and Optimization of Education Colleges in Chinese Universities under the Background of"Double First-class"Construction—Analysis Paradigm Based on Structural Functionalism
The School of Education is an important department that cultivates educational professionals and teachers of all levels and types.In order to clarify the functional positioning and development path of edu-cation colleges under the background of"Double First-class"construction,this study analyzes case studies of different types of education colleges across the country,based on the structural functionalism analysis para-digm,and using a qualitative research three-level coding method,identifies four core category functions of edu-cation colleges:adaptation function,goal attainment function,integration function,and Latency pattern mainte-nance function,as well as sixteen categorical category functions.At the same time,in response to the functional alienation and implementation difficulties of education colleges,sustainable development strategies such as in-tegrating disciplinary layout,deconstructing development goals,optimizing resource allocation,and highlighting disciplinary characteristics are proposed.
