The classroom serves as the primary channel for talent development.In the new era,teaching reform should prioritize the classroom and position it at the center of educational transformation.Classroom re-form necessitates a comprehensive overhaul of the entire teaching system.The four fundamental elements driv-ing this reform are demand,challenges,quality and technology.Currently,there exists a disconnect between teaching reform and classroom practices,resulting in numerous obstacles to effective classroom transforma-tion.It is essential that reforms align with the needs of classrooms while providing precise strategies for educa-tional improvement.Establishing incentive mechanisms,management frameworks,and support systems is crucial to facilitate a deep integration of teaching reforms with classroom innovations.Moreover,it is imperative to strengthen alignment between teaching reforms and the objectives of classroom enhancement by improving teachers'motivation and capacity to implement these changes effectively-thereby harnessing personnel as cata-lysts for reform.
