摘要

提高学生的创新能力是中国高校培养人才的重要目标之一.本文通过对386名高校学生的问卷调研,深入探讨高校科研培养环境对学生创新能力的影响,及学生的专业技能和科研意愿在其中的中介作用.结果发现:现阶段高校整体科研培养环境不断优化的同时学生表现出一定的创新能力;高校科研培养环境的改善能够通过影响学生的专业技能和科研意愿,显著提升学生的创新能力.因此,在提升学生创新能力过程中,应加强高校科研培养环境建设.

Abstract

Improving students'innovation ability is one of the important goals of talent cultivation in Chi-nese universities.The article conducts a questionnaire survey of 386 students in universities to explore in depth the impact of the research and development environment on students'innovation ability,as well as the media-ting role of students'professional skills and research willingness.Research has shown that while the overall re-search and training environment in universities is continuously optimized,students exhibit certain innovative a-bilities;The improvement of the research and development environment in universities can significantly en-hance students'innovation ability by influencing their professional skills and research willingness.Therefore,in the process of enhancing students'innovation ability,attention should be paid to strengthening the construction of research and development environment in universities.
