Research on the Collaborative Development Between Teaching Rewards and Teacher Teaching Quality in Universities
In order to enhance the scientific and precision aspects of formulating teaching incentives in higher education institutions,a systemic analysis was conducted on the relationship between teaching incentives and teaching quality.Based on the interactive logic between teaching incentives and teaching quality,an evolu-tionary game model was constructed with the objective of focusing on the investment in teaching incentives in universities and the improvement of teachers'teaching quality.Using survey data and literature reviews, both factors'game benefit matrix was quantified.Through equilibrium point analysis, the collaborative mechanism between different teaching incentive strategies and teaching quality was determined. The study found that there are noticeable marginal effects, incentive incompatibility phenomena, and distinct"stagnation"regions in the effectiveness of teaching incentives in higher education.Combining these findings with the trends in game evo-lution,corresponding recommendations were provided.
