摘要
粮食安全是保障国家长治久安的重要前提,节约粮食是保障国家粮食安全的长期方针.新时代开展节约粮食具有端牢中国饭碗、传承传统美德、践行绿色节约生活、彰显政治本色等重要意义.然而,当前还存在从田间到餐桌各环节粮食损耗严重、制止粮食浪费法律有待完善、餐饮行业制度规范不足以及民众节粮意识淡薄等现实问题,需要科技赋能、制度护航、体系保障以及宣传兜底等途径实现节约粮食.
Abstract
Food security is an important prerequisite to ensure a country's long-term peace and stability,and saving food is a long-term policy to ensure national food security.In the new era,saving food is of great significance in holding China's food bowl,inheriting traditional virtues,practicing green and frugal living,and demonstrating political colors.However,there are still some practical problems in current situation,such as food loss from the fields to the tables is serious,the laws to curb food waste need to be improved,the system norms of the catering industry are insufficient,and the public awareness of food conservation is weak.It needs to achieve food conservation by means of technology empowerment,system guarantee,and publicity guarantees.
