打造世界级"双子城":广深"双核联动"系统耦合协调发展研究

本文基于耦合协调模型,构造了由产业、科技、金融及基础设施多个子系统构成的广深"双核联动"系统,并对系统及二元子系统的耦合协调度进行测度,发现经过多年的磨合,广深"双核联动"系统耦合协调度不断提升,各个二元子系统基本实现了良好协调.但是,基础设施子系统与产业、科技、金融子系统的耦合协调程度仍有较大的提高空间,仍处于初级协调的磨合阶段.因此,广深应充分利用各自在产业、科技、金融及基础设施建设中的比较优势,优化交通结构,促进广深基础设施互联互通,提高分散资源的开发、利用及优化配置效率,实现"产业—科技—金融—基础设施"多个系统的相互耦合协调发展及良性循环,为打造世界级"双子城"注入源源不断的动力.
Building a World-Class"Twin Star"City:A Study on the Coupled and Co-ordinated Development of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen"Dual Core Linkage"System
Based on the coupling coordination model,this paper constructs a Guangzhou-Shenzhen"Dual Core Linkage"system composed of multiple subsystems of industry,technology,finance and infrastructure,and measures the coupling coordination degree of the system and the binary subsystems.It is found that,after years of integration,the coupling and coordination degree of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen"Dual Core Linkage"system has been continuously improved,and the various binary subsystems have basically achieved good coordination.However,the coupling coordination degree between the infrastructure subsystem and other subsystems such as industry,technology,and finance still needs to be improved,and it is still in the initial stage of coordination.Therefore,Guangzhou and Shenzhen should fully utilize their comparative advantages in industry,technology,finance,and infrastructure construction,optimize transportation structures,promote the interconnection of their infrastructure,improve the development,utilization,and optimal allocation efficiency of scattered resources,achieve the mutual coupling and coordinated development of multiple systems such as"industry-technology-finance-infrastructure",and establish a virtuous cycle.This will inject continuous momentum into building a world-class"twin city".
