学分银行服务涉农专业人才培养的实践探索
On the Practical Exploration of Credit Bank Service in Cultivating Talents of Agricultural Majors

摘要
学分银行的建设已上升为我国职业教育改革的重要内容.如何面向各层次不同专业的人群,建设适切性高的校本学分银行,是新时代高职院校需要直面的必答题.笔者以高职扩招背景下学分银行服务涉农专业一千多名社会生源的项目为例,对学校三年多的探索实践进行分析与思考,以期为其他专业的学分认定与转换实施提供有益的经验参考.
Abstract
The construction of credit bank has become an important part of Chinese vocational education reform.How to build a school-based credit bank with high adaptability for different levels and majors is a must answer question that vocational colleges need to face in the new era.The author takes the project of credit bank that has serviced for over a thousand social students majoring in agriculture under the background of expanding enrollment in higher vocational colleges as an example to analyze and reflect on the school's more than three years of exploration and practice,in order to provide useful experience and reference for the credit recognition and conversion of other majors.
