创新技术扩散视角下的技术技能人才培养路径探索

摘要
本文旨在从创新技术扩散视角探索职业教育的技术技能人才培养路径,探索建立合适的组织机构和机制制度,伴随创新技术扩散"S"曲线从观察-分析-遴选-研究-重构5个环节实施产教融合,并在此基础上构建高效、精准的技术技能人才培养平台,以求提高职业教育的教学质量、适应性和实用性,从而更好地满足社会对技术技能人才的需求,并推动职业教育朝着中国式现代化、高质量方向发展提供理论指导与实践参照.
Abstract
This article aims to explore the path of technical skills talent cultivation in vocational education from the perspective of innovative technology diffusion,to establish appropriate organizational structures and institutional mechanisms,and to implement industry-education integration along with the"S"curve of innovative technology diffusion through observation-analysis-selection-research-reconstruction.On this basis,it aims to build an efficient and precise platform for technical skills talent cultivation,aiming to improve the teaching quality,adaptability,and practicality of vocational education,better meet the social demand for technical skills talents,and provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for promoting the development of vocational education towards Chinese-style modernization and high-quality development.
