Practice and Exploration of Curriculum Based Mental Health Education Activities for Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Guangdong Agriculture Industry Business Polytechnic as an Example
The mental health of college students is increasingly receiving attention from the whole society,and related education and guidance work such as mental health education activities are also flourishing,showing a state of"a hundred flowers blooming".At present,although the psychological health education activities in vocational colleges are rich in content and diverse in form,the organizational form and activity content have not formed a system,resulting in difficulties in the development of psychological health education activities.Due to the lack of psychology related content in the existing knowledge system and practical experience of vocational college students,and the limited teaching staff and resources of professional psychology teachers in vocational colleges,the effectiveness of activity based education is restricted.This study uses the PAD teaching model as a means and E-Class school-based network technology support platform to directly set up courses for mental health education activities,optimize and integrate the activity resources of mental health education,a new mechanism for the development and utilization of curriculum resources,a standardized model for the implementation and management of curriculum teaching,and a multi-dimensional and process oriented curriculum evaluation system have gradually been formed.A systematic and scientific curriculum system for vocational college mental health education activities has been constructed to stimulate and enhance the psychological potential and positive psychological qualities of vocational college students,further enhancing the effectiveness of psychological education.
