摘要
党的农村基层党组织是党在农村工作和战斗力的基础,是乡村振兴战略的核心推动力量和根本性保障.随着乡村振兴工作的深入推进,农村基层党组织建设还面临着党支部书记能力不足、党员队伍结构不优、制度落实乏力、党建资源薄弱等问题.需要通过业务培训、组织建设、制度落实、教育管理等,不断提升党支部书记乡村振兴能力,激发党员干事创业热情,加强党对乡村振兴工作的领导,为乡村全面振兴提供有力的组织保障.
Abstract
The rural grass-roots party organizations are the foundation of the whole work and fighting capacity of the party in the countryside,and are the core driving force and fundamental guarantee of the rural revitalization strategy.With the deepening of the rural revitalization work,the construction of rural grassroots party organizations is still facing problems such as insufficient ability of Party branch secretaries,poor structure of party members,weak implementation of systems,and weak party building resources.It is necessary to continuously enhance the party branch secretary's rural revitalization ability,stimulate the enthusiasm of party members and cadres,and strengthen the party's leadership in rural revitalization through professional training,organizational construction,system implementation,and educational management etc.,so as to provide a strong organizational guarantee for the overall revitalization of rural areas.
