A Comparative Analysis of Destination Image Perception of Hot Spring Tourism Based on Web Text Analysis:A Case Study of Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring
The destination image of hot spring tourism is an important factor in the development and construction of hot spring tourism.At present,domestic scholars have some research results on the image of hot spring tourism destinations,but there are few comparative studies on the image of hot spring tourism destinations with multiple cases.Based on the"cognitive-emotion"model of tourist destination image perception,this paper takes the online comments of tourists on Ctrip as the data source,and chooses Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring as the cases to conduct a comparative study on tourist perception image of hot spring tourism destinations.The results show that:(1)Hot spring,environment and service are the basic cognitive images shared by tourists to Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring.The temple fair of Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and the fish therapy of Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring are the important contents of tourists'cognitive image;(2)Tourists'emotional images of Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring are mainly positive emotions;(3)Tourists'overall image perception of Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring are both hot spring tourism resorts;(4)Both Zhuhai Yu Hot Spring and Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring semantic network structure are"core-subcore-periphery"circle structure,but they have different relationship chains due to their characteristic resources.
