On Practical Problems and Solutions of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
As the main body of vocational education,it has important educational value and social value to develop labor education in higher vocational colleges.However,due to the restriction of the old ideas and teaching methods,there are still some practical problems in the practice of labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as the inadequacy of in-depth educational philosophy,the inconspicuous force of education,the unspecific goal of education,the inconspicuous characteristics of education,the imperfect evaluation system,the imperfect guarantee mechanism and the narrow education path.In view of the problems,higher vocational colleges should implement"integration of the four education"to update the concept of education,"three-line collaboration"to build a community of education,"vertical and horizontal two-way"to accurate educational goals,"three-modernization promotion"to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,"three combination"to build a monitoring and evaluation system,"three levels"to improve the security mechanism,"two-line two-way"to broaden the path of education,giving full play to the advantages,and at the same time complementing the shortcomings.
