摘要
广东产业转型升级亟需大量智慧财经人才.大数据与审计专业群针对课程体系陈旧、学生职业能力培养不足、教师实践水平较弱等问题,实施了"以德养技、四进三出"人才培养模式,研制了"1+1+1"以德养技的实践课程体系和课程资源,建立了"双元协同三融合"的实践创新培养平台,创新了"项目+学做研促"教师教学能力成长的方式方法,以期为大数据与审计专业群提升实践教学水平,培养复合型技术技能人才提供理论及实践参考.
Abstract
The industrial transformation and upgrading are in urgent need of a large number of practical intelligent financial talents in Guangdong province.The Group of Major in Big Data and Auditing shows many disadvantages,such as outdated curriculum system,students'insufficient vocational ability training,and teachers'weak practice ability.In order to provide theoretical and practical reference on improving the level of practical teaching and cultivating compound technical skills,the article focuses on four aspects,implementing Talent Training Mode of"Cultivating Virtue and Skill,Four in Three out",developing the practical curriculum system and curriculum resources of"1+1+1",establishing a practice innovation platform of"Binary Coordination Tripartite Integration",and innovating the growth ways and methods of teachers'teaching ability by"Project Guidance,Integration of Learning,Doing,Researching and Promoting".
