Research and Practice on the Reform of Cultivating Advanced Skilled Food Talents in the New Era Guided by Teaching Standards
The industrial development in the new era has an increasingly urgent demand for food skills talents.However,there are still common problems in vocational education,such as unclear professional training standards,low quality of talent training,and weak economic ability of the service region.By focusing on improving the accuracy of talent supply,following the"standard guidance",synchronizing industry technology,enterprise post ability,compatible professional standards,we have established a multi-evaluation system,with the way of"iterative optimization"of job skills and"personalized professional construction".At the same time,we actively promoted"curriculum remodeling",build the higher vocational food professional talent curriculum system,and promoted the active adaptation of courses,teaching materials and teaching methods to the development of new technologies,and met the diversified requirements of industrial iteration on students'quality.Then,we implemented the"integration of industry,education and science",forming a"1+1>2"agglomeration effect;relied on the"production,education,science,school and enterprise"to form the"education community",and then strengthen the coordination mechanism of industries,schools and enterprises.Finally,we have achieved professional connectivity,system connectivity,resource integration,and comprehensive enhancement of professional education functions.For the next step,we will continue to iteratively update the teaching reform process,improve the efficiency and quality of talent training,and provide practical reference for the construction of a lifelong education system and the construction of a learning society.
