Study on State-owned Agricultural Enterprises Participation in Rural Industrial Revitalization
The challenges in rural industrial revitalization include a lack of human resources, delayed agricultural technology innovation and dissemination, obstacles to agricultural scaling, and the need for improved integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors.State-owned agricultural enterprises, with their financial, technological, and managerial strengths, are well-positioned to contribute to this revitalization. However, they currently face issues such as limited involvement in various sectors, insufficient participation across the entire industry chain, and inadequate contribution to the comprehensive development of rural areas. To address these, these enterprises need to focus on innovation in agricultural science and technology, talent cultivation in agricultural management, modernization of agricultural management, and optimization of the agricultural industry structure.Additionally, establishing robust institutional support, including fiscal, financial, and market mechanisms,as well as cooperative frameworks,is crucial for their deeper engagement in rural industrial development.
