84消毒液对多头月季"折射"瓶插保鲜效果的影响

摘要
以多头月季"折射"为试验材料,采用不同浓度的84消毒液分别加入0.1 g/L蔗糖作为瓶插液,从瓶插寿命、观赏价值、花径变化率、切花鲜重变化率、水分平衡值等方面研究其对多头月季的瓶插保鲜效果.结果表明,与对照相比,除0.2 ml/L 84消毒液+0.1g/L蔗糖外,0.4 ml/L、0.6 ml/L、0.8 ml/L的84消毒液分别加入0.1g/L蔗糖均能有效延长多头月季"折射"的瓶插寿命、提高其观赏价值,取得较好的保鲜效果.其中,0.6ml/L 84消毒液+1%蔗糖的瓶插液处理多头月季"折射"的瓶插寿命比对照延长了3.4 d,综合保鲜效果最好.
Abstract
Using'Reflex'rose as the test material,different concentrations of 84 disinfectant solutions were added with 0.1g/L sucrose as the vase insertion solution to study the vase insertion freshness preservation effect of'Reflex'rose in terms of vase insertion life,ornamental value,flower diameter change rate,fresh weight change rate of cut flowers,and water balance value,respectively.The results showed that,apart from 0.2ml/L,the addition of 0.1 g/L sucrose to 0.4 ml/L,0.6 ml/L and 0.8 ml/L of 84 disinfectant solution could effectively prolong the vase life improve the ornamental value of Refractory,and achieve better preservation effect.Among them,the addition of 0.6ml/L 84 disinfectant+1%sucrose solution could prolong the vase life of'Reflex'rose by 3.4 d compared with that of the control,which had the best effect on the preservation of freshness.
