不同葡萄品种在广州的生物学特性比较

近年来,广东省葡萄种植面积迅速扩大,但由于栽培历史短、适栽品种匮乏,开展葡萄新品种引进、评价和创新利用是促进广东葡萄产业健康发展的重要基础性工作.采用田间自然调查法结合实验室分析,分别调查了9个葡萄品种的落叶发生的节位、枝条木质化、生长势,以及7种不同砧木(含自根苗)阳光玫瑰不同树龄的生长势、萌发率和可溶性固形物等性状.结果表明主栽品种'巨峰'的落叶留叶节位最高,落叶率最高,显著高于其它8个品种.主栽品种'阳光玫瑰'的落叶留叶节位最低,落叶率较低,仅次于最低的'东方之星'.另一主栽品种'夏黑'的落叶留叶节位和落叶率居中.在生长势方面'夏黑'最高,'寒香蜜'最低.对不同砧木的阳光玫瑰而言,自根苗的茎粗最小,长势最弱,嫁接苗可以不同程度提高阳光玫瑰的长势.'抗砧1号'阳光玫瑰的萌芽率最高,'贝达'和'1103P'砧木阳光玫瑰的可溶性固形物含量最高,显著高于其它砧木的阳光玫瑰.本研究通过调查研究不同葡萄品种落叶、长势、萌芽率和可溶性固形物含量等指标,旨在为广东葡萄品种引进、筛选、评价提供理论依据和实践指导.
Comparison of Biological Characteristics of Different Grape Varieties Grown in Guangzhou
By combining field natural surveys with laboratory analyses,the node position of leaf shedding,branch lignification,and growth status in 9 grape varieties were investigated,as well as the growth potential,germination rate,and soluble solids of 7 different rootstocks(including self rooted seedlings)of Shine Muscat at different ages.The results showed that the main cultivar'Kyoho'had the highest leaf node position and leaf shedding rate,significantly higher than the other 8 cultivars.The main variety'Shine Muscat'had the lowest leaf node position and lower leaf shedding rate,second only to the lowest'Dong Fang Zhi Xing'.The leaf nodes and leaf shedding rate of the other main variety'Xia Hei'were in the middle.In terms of growth,'Xia Hei'had the highest growth rate,while'Han Xiang Mi'had the lowest.For different rootstocks of Shine Muscat,the stem thickness of the self rooted seedlings is the smallest and the growth is the weakest.Grafting seedlings can improve the growth of Shine Muscat to varying degrees.The germination rate of'Kang Zhen Yi Hao'Shine Muscat is the highest,and the soluble solids content of'Beida'and'1103P'rootstocks Shine Muscat is the highest,significantly higher than those of Shine Muscat with other rootstocks.This study aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the introduction,screening,and evaluation of grape varieties in Guangdong by investigating indicators such as leaf shedding,growth,germination rate,and soluble solids content of different grape varieties.
