摘要

建设培育产教融合型企业,是粤港澳大湾区深化产教融合、校企合作的重要抓手.通过分析,发现大湾区产教融合型企业具有建设速度快,企业参与形式多样等特征.但是,仍面临监督机制与评价体系有待完善、企业区域分布失衡、校企双方诉求差异较大等现实问题,需进一步健全产教融合型企业监督机制与评价体系、优化企业区域布局、深化校企合作层次水平,以建设具有大湾区鲜明特色的产教融合型企业,实现产与教之间的和谐共生.

Abstract

Analysis reveals that industry-education integrated enterprises in the Greater Bay Area feature rapid construction speed and diverse forms of enterprise participation.However,they still face practical problems such as a supervision mechanism and evaluation system requiring improvement,an imbalanced regional distribution of enterprises,and significant differences in the demands of schools and enterprises.In order to build industry-education integrated enterprises with distinctive characteristics of the Greater Bay Area and realize the harmonious coexistence between production and teaching,it is necessary to further improve the supervision mechanism and evaluation system,optimize the regional layout of enterprises,and deepen the level of school-enterprise cooperation.
