Research on the Impact of Party Building on the Financial Performance of State-owned Enterprises——Taking Yantang Dairy Company as an Example
Party building plays a vital role in China's state-owned enterprises,and as an important part of the governance of state-owned enterprises,party building work has a profound impact on the development and financial performance of enterprises.As one of the representatives of state-owned enterprises,Yantang Dairy Company's development history and experience are worthy of in-depth study.From the perspective of party building,this study takes Yantang Dairy Company as the observation object,selects the quarterly data of Yantang Dairy Company from 2011 to 2023 as the research sample,and uses the linear regression method to explore the impact mechanism of party building on the financial performance of state-owned enterprises.The study finds that party building has a significant positive impact on financial performance in the operation and development of enterprises.That is,when the intensity of party building efforts is further strengthened,the party building function is effectively exerted,and it is closely integrated into the company's operational activities,the company's financial performance will achieve more significant growth.
