This paper,through literature review and case analysis,first explores the potential applications of generative artificial intelligence in vocational education and school governance.It is found that generative artificial intelligence has significant application potential in teacher assisted lesson preparation,personalized learning for students,and school decision support and management services.However,issues such as data privacy,the hallucination phenomenon of big models,technological updates,and educational resource allocation remain key challenges that need to be addressed in their practical applications.
