摘要

语言具有建构社会价值的作用.教育家精神作为新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设的重要引领,成为创新团队共生共长的激励要素.以生态语言学理论为基础,探讨国家政策、新闻媒体、学校文件等语篇通过构建和谐共生的社会生态氛围,将教育家精神融入团队愿景、思想、成长与协同进程,形成有利于团队集体行动的社会生态、价值观,提升团队协同行动效率.

Abstract

Language plays a vital role in constructing social values.As an important guide in constructing high-quality professional teachers in the new era,the spirit of educators has become a motivating factor for the symbiosis and mutual growth of innovative teams.Based on the theory of Ecolinguistics,this essay explores how national policies,news media,school documents and other discourses can build a harmonious and symbiotic social ecological atmosphere,and then integrate the spirit of educators into the team's vision,thinking,growth and collaborative process to form social ecology and values conducive to team collective action,thereby improving the efficiency of team collaborative action.
