Basic Principles,Practical Paths,and Optimization Strategies of Education Evaluation Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-quality Development
In the context of high-quality development,the reform of educational evaluation in vocational colleges should follow the principles of student-teacher centered,problem orientation,type characteristics,and dynamic evaluation.This article takes Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Vocational College as an example,and expounds on or discusses the practical path of education evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges from three dimensions:innovating internal comprehensive governance evaluation,optimizing teacher professional development and growth evaluation,and improving student's comprehensive development and academic evaluation.Through four optimization strategies,it proposes strengthening party building guidance and enhancing top-level design;reflecting a people-oriented approach and skillfully designing an evaluation system;forming diverse collaborative forces and strengthening evaluation and implementation;emphasizing the application of results and promoting quality improvement.
