Empirical Study on the Compatibility between Specialty Setting of Vocational School and Industrial Demand from the Perspective of Deep Integration of Industry and Education——Taking Yunfu City as an Example
Making specialty settings in vocational colleges align with industrial needs is a realistic requirement for deepening industry-education integration and promoting regional industrial upgrading and economic development.Empirical research on Yunfu City reveals problems such as insufficient alignment between the specialty structure and the industrial structure and the inability of specialty setting to support the development of key industries in Yunfu City's vocational colleges at present.To achieve this,it is suggested to build a"3+3 professional dynamic adjustment and optimization mechanism"of"three-party cooperation+three-point joint force".By taking the industrial structure of the region as the starting point,optimize the specialty structure.Taking the development of key industries as the focus,expand the specialty field.And by taking deep integration of industry and education as the goal,form a specialty system that is in line with industrial development.
