新农科背景下地方涉农高校产学研协同育人模式探索——以陇东学院农科专业为例

摘要
新农科建设要求我国涉农高校培养适应现代农业发展和乡村振兴战略需求的卓越农林人才,产学研融合是培养高素质创新型应用型人才的有效途径.以陇东学院涉农专业为研究对象,分析了地方涉农综合性高校产学研协同育人存在的问题原因和新农科建设的目标要求,探讨了构建农科专业"12633"产学研协同育人体系的目标途径、保障措施和具体模式,以期为地方涉农综合性高校加快新农科建设步伐,培养高水平复合应用型农林人才提供借鉴.
Abstract
The construction of the new agricultural science requires Chinese agricultural colleges and u-niversities to cultivate outstanding agricultural and forestry talents that meet the needs of modern agri-cultural development and rural revitalization strategy.Integrating industry-university-research is an ef-fective form of cultivating high-quality,innovative,applied talents.Taking the agricultural major at Longdong University as the research object,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the collab-orative education of industry-university-research and the goals and requirements for constructing new agricultural science in local comprehensive agricultural colleges and universities.The project also ex-plores the approaches,safeguard measures,and specific models for creating the"12633"collaborative education system of industry-university-research in agricultural science majors to provide a reference for local agricultural comprehensive colleges and universities to accelerate the construction of new agricul-tural science and cultivate high-level composite applied talents in agriculture and forestry.
