行动者网络理论视角下农科教基地合作网络生成逻辑研究

农科教合作人才培养基地是农科教结合的重要载体,也是高等农业院校与行业企业、科研院所合作共同培养人才的重要平台。基地建设中必然涉及很多主体,构成了一个主体合作网络。这一合作网络中包含高校、政府、合作社等人类行动者,也包含合作协议、资金、设备等非人类行动者。结合行动者网络理论,发现主体合作网络的生成需要经过四个阶段,核心行动者在这一过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。首先,核心行动者要聚焦自身以及其他行动者的问题;其次,核心行动者需要梳理行动者的利益诉求;然后,核心行动者要与其他行动者进行利益交换,将其招募到合作网络中,这一阶段可以通过"中间人"、利用"声望"等方式完成;最后,核心行动者还需要动员各方行动者,鼓励其参与到基地建设中。至此,农科教基地合作网络初步形成。合作网络生成后,要保持合作网络的稳定并在此基础上扩大网络,需要合作双方资源互补、利益互惠、相互信任以及充分沟通。
Research on the Generative Logic of Cooperative Network of Agricultural Science and Education Bases from the Perspective of Actor-Network Theory
The training base for agricultural science and education cooperation talents is an essential carrier for integrating agricultural science and education,and also an important platform for higher agri-cultural colleges and universities to cooperate with industry enterprises and scientific research institutes to cultivate talents jointly.Many subjects are inevitably involved in constructing the base,constituting a network of main-body cooperation.This cooperative network includes human actors such as colleges and universities,governments,and cooperatives,and non-human actors such as cooperation agreements,funds,and equipment.Combined with the actor-network theory,it is found that the generation of the subject cooperation network needs to go through four stages,and the core actors play an irreplaceable role in this process.First,core actors need to focus on their problems and those of other actors;second,core actors need to sort out the interests of actors;the core actors then exchange benefits with other ac-tors and recruit them into cooperative networks,which can be done through"intermediaries",the use of"prestige",etc.;finally,core actors need to mobilize and encourage their participation in the develop-ment of the base.So far,the cooperation network of agricultural science and education bases has initial-ly taken shape.After establishing the cooperation network,the two partners must complement each oth-er's resources,mutual benefit,mutual trust,and complete communication to maintain the stability of the cooperation network and expand the network on this basis.
