通过分析农林院校拔尖创新人才培养的缘起、战略定位与基本内涵,明确拔尖创新人才基本素质特征,针对目前农林院校拔尖创新型人才培养面临着学生"知农爱农"情怀不浓,师资队伍现状与培养拔尖创新人才要求不相适应,农林院校学生创新创业能力与服务社会能力不足等挑战,提出了以袁隆平科学家精神引领培育学生"知农爱农"情怀,打造"顶天立地"型拔尖师资队伍,延伸"产学研协同"育人机制的"3+3+3"路径框架。
Top Innovative Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges:Quality Characteristics,Challenges and Path Breakthroughs
The essential quality characteristics of top-notch innovative talents are clarified by analyzing the origin,strategic positioning,and primary connotation of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.In view of the fact that the cultivation of top-notch in-novative talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities is faced with the challenges of students'lack of"knowing agriculture and loving agriculture"feelings,the current situation of teaching staff is not compatible with the requirements of cultivating top-notch innovative talents,and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and social serviceability of students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,it is proposed to cultivate students'"knowing agriculture and loving agricul-ture"feelings under the guidance of Yuan Longping scientist spirit,create a"indomitable spirit"type top-notch teaching staff,and extend the"3+3+3"path framework of the"industry-university-research collaboration"education mechanism.
