摘要

本研究对课堂互动教学系统Mlicker进行了用户满意度的评价,探讨系统质量和服务质量对用户使用意愿的影响机理,并对互动教学系统的设计提出建议.以信息系统成功模型为框架,提出互动教学系统的影响机理概念模型,采用问卷调查法收集数据,使用描述性统计法对用户满意度进行测评,设计一套测评方法评测Mlicker系统对答题正确率的影响,并采用多元回归和路径分析法对影响机理进行研究.研究结果显示:用户对Mlicker系统的满意程度处于中等偏上;Mlicker系统对答题正确率的提高有促进作用;Mlicker系统的系统质量、可靠性、完整性、交互性和安全性对用户满意度有正向显著影响;Mlicker系统用户满意度、系统质量对用户使用意愿有正向显著影响,可靠性、完整性、交互性和安全性对用户使用意愿没有直接影响,但是它们之间存在中介效应.

Abstract

This study evaluates user satisfaction with the classroom interactive teaching system Mlicker,discusses the influence mechanism of system quality and service quality on user intention,and puts for-ward suggestions for designing the interactive teaching system.By applying the Information System Success Model,the study has constructed a conceptual model to explore the influence mechanism of us-er intention,adopted a questionnaire survey to collect data,applied an evaluation method to evaluate the influence of Mlicker on the correct rate of answering questions,the influence mechanism was studied by multiple regression and path analysis and employed the multiple linear regressions and path analysis method to study the influence mechanism.The results show that user satisfaction with Mlicker is moder-ate;Mlicker has a catalytic effect on the correct rate of answering questions.The system quality,reliabil-ity,integrity,interactivity,and security of the Mlicker system have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction.User satisfaction and system quality have a positive and significant effect on user inten-tion;reliability,integrity,interactivity,and security have no direct impact on user intention,but there is a mediation effect between them.
