"四新"建设背景下食品质量与安全专业融合发展

"四新"建设是高校转型的良机、专业腾飞的关键。目前,食品质量与安全专业"四新"融合教育关联度不足,课程内容陈旧,资源分配不均,课程设置以检测为主,忽视行业生产过程控制等问题,需调整专业发展理念、培养方案和发展策略,推动学科群建设,打破学科间壁垒,促进专业融合发展,服务乡村振兴战略。本文着重分析国内食品质量与安全专业发展与人才培养中存在的问题,并据此提出合理意见和建议,为"四新"背景下涉农高校食品质量与安全专业融合建设提供借鉴。
The Integrated Development of Food Quality and Safety under the Background of the"Four New"Construction
The"four new"construction is an excellent opportunity for transforming colleges and uni-versities and the key to specialty development.There are some problems in the"four new"integrated education of the Food Quality and Safety specialty,like insufficient correlation,outdated curriculum content,uneven distribution of resources,curriculum setting based on testing,and ignoring the control of the industrial production process.It is necessary to adjust the concept of professional development,train-ing programs,and development strategies,promote the construction of discipline groups,break the barri-ers between disciplines,promote the development of professional integration,serve the strategy of rural revitalization,and provide a reference for the training of high-quality professionals.This article has mainly analyzed the problems in the professional development and talent cultivation of Food Quality and Safety and proposed reasonable suggestions.
