Research on the Construction and Application of Teachers' Innovativeness Indicator System in the Context of Technology Empowerment
Based on the new requirements put forward by digital changes at home and abroad on teachers'innovation ability,this study extracts and summarizes the key dimensional elements and gives them new connotations and fea-tures in their connotation interpretation and element division,and constructs an index system of teachers'innovative-ness in the context of technological empowerment with 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 24 tertiary in-dicators centered on the willingness to innovate,the preparation for innovation and the practice of innovation.Through Delphi expert consultation and scale factor analysis,the scientific and explanatory power of the constructed teacher in-novativeness index system is verified,and it is found that the model can fit the data better and has application value for the development of teacher innovativeness in the context of technological empowerment.
