超越"道"与"技"之争:技术时代教师教育者的多元认知与能动抉择

论文以马歇尔·麦克卢汉(Marshall McLuhan)的媒介理论为视角,研究6 位教师教育者的技术认知与行动抉择.研究发现,教师教育中"道"与"技"之争源于技术理性教师教育观对技术的片面理解.从教师教育者的实践来看,技术不仅仅是承载内容的工具,教师教育者在运用技术来教的同时也在教技术;技术还赋予教师教育者提供更多个性化指导的可能,丰富了生生互动、师生互动的内容与形式,从而作用于师范生的人格养成.技术与教师教育相互形塑;技术时代教师教育中的"道"与"技"相辅相成.同时,教师教育者的技术认知与抉择,与所在高校的技术平台、资源建设水平及其使用的便捷程度密切相关.超越"道"与"技"之争,需要立足"人"的发展建立教师教育与技术进步的共生关系.
Beyond the Controversy Between "Dao" and "Technology":Multiple Cognitions and Active Choices of Teacher Educators in the Age of Technology
Drawing on Marshall McLuhan's media theory,this paper selects six activist teacher educators as partici-pants and analyzes their perceptions of and choices about technology.The study found that the essence of the debate between"Dao"and"technology"in teacher education is a one-sided understanding of technology based on the tech-nical rationality of teacher education.From the practice of teacher educators,technology is not only a tool,but also the content itself and the real environment in which contemporary teacher education takes place;technology affects the concepts,processes,and effectiveness of teacher education,and shapes each other.The"Dao"and the"technolo-gy"of teacher education in the age of technology complement each other.The study also found that teacher educa-tors'technological perceptions and choices are closely related to the"technological availability"of their universities.
